John Perry Barlow is the author of “A Declaration of the Independence of Cyberspace” and the founder of the Electronic Frontier Foundation EFF (med norsk uavhengig søsterorganisasjon: Elektronisk Forpost Norge EFN).
Barlow is a poet and essayist, a retired Wyoming cattle rancher, and a cyberlibertarian political activist who has been associated with both the Democratic and Republican parties.
We have invited Barlow to give us his view on cyberspace independence today. Where are we right now, what should we be concerned about, what to do?

Mingletid fra 18.00 – 19.00, besøk standene, network med de andre deltagerne, få en visning av Mesh lokalene.
Vi vil så vise en relevant FILM i lokalene fra 19.00 – 20.30, alle er velkommen til å bli og se filmen.
Senest 21.00 må vi ut av lokalene og da foreslår vi utgang til John’s Bar i Universitetsgaten 26 (under gamle Onkel Donald).
Vi forsøker å få cafeen i Mesh til å stille med noe mat, men det er ikke sikkert det blir nok å kjøpe til alle.
John’s Bar har kjøkkenet åpent til 22.00. De har hjorteburger til 175 kr.
